2. Product Information We make every effort to display our home safety products accurately. Colours and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen will display them perfectly.

3. Pricing All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

4. Payments We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Your payment details are never stored by us.

5. Intellectual Property All content on this site including text, images, and logos is the property of Nested Care and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability Nested Care is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products beyond what is required under Irish and EU consumer law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

7. EU Consumer Rights As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Irish and EU consumer law applies to all purchases.
