Refund policy

At Nested Care we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return contact us at support@nestedcare.eu and we'll sort it out quickly. Once your return is received and inspected we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. We cover return shipping costs if the item is faulty or damaged. Customer pays return shipping for change of mind returns. As an EU customer you are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period under EU consumer law.
